Tara Lanni, Academic Director of Online Business Programs, began teaching at SPS as an Adjunct in 2010. During her time with SPS, she has served as an Academic Community Leader, Assistant Academic Director, Consortial Faculty Member, and CUNY SPS Governing Council Member. Before arriving at SPS, Tara was an Adjunct at CUNY College of Staten Island. She is the Founder and President of Prestige Career Solutions, Inc., a vocational services consulting firm. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change as well as an MPhil in Management from Walden University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from SUNY Binghamton.​
