Student Identification Cards

The CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) student ID cards are available from the Office of Public Safety.

TO RECEIVE A PHOTO ID

Students must:

• Contact the Office of Public Safety and provide their EMPLID. The Office of Public Safety will respond with instructions on how to submit information to be included on the ID card

IF A PHOTO ID IS LOST

Students must:

• Remit a $10.00 replacement fee, via check or money order only, to the Bursar's Office

• Once payment is received, the Office of Public Safety will contact the student to arrange card replacement
