Not sure where to start?
Contact the Office of Student Success. We’ll help connect you to the right resource.
It is the responsibility of faculty, staff, and students to immediately refer to the Concern Assessment Response Evaluation (CARE) Team any student who raises a safety concern, either because they appear to lack essential safety-related resources, appear to be in danger, or because they might pose a risk of harm to themselves or others. Self-referrals are also welcomed from students.
The CARE Team is an appointed group committed to proactive, multidisciplinary, coordinated, and objective approach to the prevention, identification, assessment, intervention, and management of students’ behaviors that pose, or may pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing of our campus community. Please find more information about our processes in the SPS CARE Manual.
