Pamela Spinks-King

Pamela Spinks-King is an educator with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. Ms Spinks-King holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from City College and a M.S. in Early Childhood and Special Education from Touro University. She has a professional teaching certification from New York State.

Ms. Spinks-King currently works for QUALITYstarsNY where she supports teachers and school leaders as a Program Quality Coach. In this role she uses strength-based reflective practices and Practice Based Coaching strategies to help clients create shifts in their practices by reflecting on their beliefs, behaviors and ways of being. Ms Spinks-King is a NAEYC T-TAP credentialed coach as well as a certified health and life coach.

Prior to this Ms Spinks-King worked as a leadership coach, facilitator and presenter for the Leadership Initiative of The Professional Development Institute (PDI). She also holds years of experiences as an early childhood classroom teacher, education director, site director and program coordinator in various early childhood settings.
