Sahana Gupta, Executive Chief Diversity Officer and 504-ADA and Title IX Coordinator has over 25 years of experience at CUNY, beginning as Executive Assistant to the President and Affirmative Action Officer and later as the Director of Strategic Human Resource Management at Bronx Community College. She also served as a deputy in the CUNY Office of the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources Management. 

She is responsible for compliance with various CUNY policies and oversees diversity in recruitment and hiring, and the development and implementation of campus-wide equity and inclusion programs for students, faculty, and staff.

Sahana serves in this role at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, as well.

She holds an MA in English Literature and Language from Jadavpur University, India.
