The mission of the CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) Help Desk is to offer the highest level of support and customer service to our academic community and staff, utilizing the most effective online troubleshooting and problem-solving tools.
Our goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by:
- Assisting with access to and use of CUNY SPS and CUNY computing resources
- Serving as a helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable first point of contact
- Providing proactive, accurate, and relevant resources to empower users to quickly and conveniently find technical information and solutions

Be prepared to share details about your computer’s Operating System (OS), Platform, Internet Connection, and the version of the program with which you are experiencing issues.
