Jeanneth Sangurima-Quiles is an adjunct lecturer at CUNY. She is a first-generation Indigenous-Hispanic woman and a cum-laude graduate of Queens College-CUNY and is presently pursuing an EdD in administration and supervision. Sangurima-Quiles has taught at Queens College and the CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS).

Sangurima-Quiles is versed in teaching in all modalities, face to face, hybrid, and online. Currently, Sangurima-Quiles is enjoying creating and developing Spanish courses as an adjunct lecturer. She has been teaching almost twenty years from elementary to college, and has a niche in higher education.

She started teaching fully online for the CUNY SPS in 2007, and most recently she created and developed Zero Textbook Cost courses to benefit the diverse CUNY student population.

During the pandemic, she became an online facilitator for fellow CUNY colleagues who lacked online experience.

Sangurima-Quiles is a staunch believer that all students and faculty should be offered various methods of learning and teaching for the betterment of society. Online education has demonstrated its worth over the years within the academic environment alongside the "traditional classroom," especially during the current global pandemic.
