Clemente I. Diaz is an I-O psychology practitioner specializing in higher education administration, specifically program management and career services. In addition to teaching at SPS, he currently services as an associate director at Baruch College's Starr Career Development Center. In this role, he is responsible for the Center's front office operations, program assessments, marketing communications, and training faculty on career-focused pedagogy. He has written articles on the value of incorporating I-O psychology in introductory psychology and how career services can better engage faculty. Mr. Diaz received a BA in psychology from Baruch College and a MA in I-O psychology from Brooklyn College.
