OBT’s programs serve as a bridge to economic opportunity for youth, individuals, and families in underserved communities. OBT emphasizes the principles of accountability, confidence, and professionalism to prepare participants for the workforce while developing personal and professional skills.

Per Scholas provides technology skills training and access to employer networks to individuals often excluded from tech careers. Per Scholas envisions a technology workforce as diverse as the customers it serves. For over 25 years, thousands of graduates have launched successful careers in tech to date through Per Scholas' no-cost technical training. Their mission is to advance economic equity through rigorous training for tech careers, and to connect skilled talent to leading businesses.

The Knowledge House helps young people access digital skills training, postsecondary education, and career opportunities through innovative programs that prepare graduates for careers in the technology industry: Data Science with Python, Web Development & Design, Cyber Security, and Usability Testing & User Experience Design. Their mission is to empower and sustain a talent pipeline of technologists, entrepreneurs, and digital leaders, who will uplift their communities out of poverty.
