Earn Credit for Saylor Academy Courses

CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) has partnered with Saylor Academy, a non-profit organization, to provide an affordable, flexible way to earn credit toward your degree. 

How it Works for CUNY SPS Students  

• Choose a CUNY SPS approved Saylor Direct Credit course. Only those courses listed will be accepted for credit.
• Work through the freely available Saylor material for that course at your own pace.
• Pay a proctoring fee to complete the proctored final exam using the online service Smarterproctoring. Only passing proctored exams will be accepted for credit.
• Request your transcript from Saylor Academy and have it sent to CUNY SPS. Saylor transcripts are free.
