Three CUNY SPS MA in Applied Theatre alums have had their work published in the Fall 2020 issue of the Pedagogy and Theatre of the Oppressed Journal. Julian Pimiento ('19) published "Joker's Log 2020: An Odyssey," and Grace Cannon ('19) and Nicole Kontolefa ('19) published "Don't Poke the Bear - A Project Report.” Cannon and Kontolefa’s article was derived from an MAAT independent study that took place in collaboration with Ashleigh Bragg ('19) and Elise Goldin ('20).

Loredana Cahill, a current CUNY SPS student, was born and raised in Maramures, a region in the northwest of Romania. Now in her sixth and final semester as a full-time graduate student at CUNY SPS, Loredana will obtain her MA in Psychology degree with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Gothamist spoke with Loredana to find out more about her journey to CUNY SPS and what’s next in store for her.
