Joy Rose is a RHIA results-oriented professional offering 25+ years of proven experience in ensuring Health information and healthcare compliance with applicable federal and state regulations through process improvement.  She is an educator with the philosophy that adult learners bring exceptional experience to the classroom to engage fellow students and utilize education to improve their current work environment. She has proven expertise in leading compliance activities, developing new policies and procedures, overseeing internal audits, and responding to compliance inquires. Rose is skilled in implementing scanning projects to digitize paper medical records, and is an intuitive leader with demonstrated ability to direct, mentor, and train high performance teams.
