Anne M. Haberer

Anne Haberer is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. She comes to CUNY with over 35 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, 30 of which were spent in various capacities (case management, fiscal analysis, HCBS Waiver lead) with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. Her most recent position was with the Center for Self Advocacy, Inc. in Buffalo, New York as an Executive Manager. She was recently awarded the 2024 Advisor of the Year from the Western Region of the Self Advocacy Association of New York State.  Anne has a large knowledge base and is a strong proponent of self-advocacy and systems change.
