She has partnered with organizations including Tiffany & Co., Symantec, Facebook, Hogan Assessments, JetBlue, Twitter, and SurveyMonkey to develop data-driven HR tools, evaluate workforce outcomes, and improve processes for recruitment, performance reviews, and organizational change. Her goal is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance that helps leaders take meaningful action.
