Wanda Nedderman is a dynamic force in the early childhood education field. She has a  Master's in Education (M.Ed.) and a Master of Technology (M. TECH), Wanda brings over two decades of teaching expertise to her role as director of a group family childcare program in Brooklyn, New York. Here, she champions quality practices while fostering a culturally sensitive environment for the families she serves.

Beyond her childcare program, Wanda wears many hats. She's a T-TAP Trainer, Master Cadre Trainer, Practice Base Coach, and CDA Adjunct Professor, showcasing her commitment to training and mentorship in the field. Specializing in professional development, Wanda creates courses that leverage technology, making training accessible and engaging for early childhood professionals, particularly Family Childcare Educators and Head Start Teachers in her community.

As an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the NYC Leadership Initiative, Wanda is deeply involved in shaping the future of early childhood education. Her role on the NYC Leadership Initiative Advisory Council highlights her dedication to leadership and community engagement.
Wanda's influence extends beyond her immediate community; she's a sought-after panelist, recently sharing her insights at the NYC Leadership Initiative's event, "Pathways to Fulfillment: Exploring Early Childhood Leadership Careers." Her philosophy, encapsulated by Pablo Picasso's words, underscores her commitment to continuous learning and growth: "I am always doing that, which I cannot do, in order to learn how to do it."
