As the CUNY SPS community mourns the loss of faculty member Dr. Devva Kasnitz, colleagues and students from the Disability Studies programs paid tribute to her memory.

During the online event, several notable leaders discussed their own work and the ways that people with disabilities may shape the larger culture.

The program is pleased to announce an upcoming disability culture and technology summit and the launch of its zero textbook course bachelor's. 

The CUNY SPS Disability Access and Coalition is pleased to host several events in honor of the month and introduce its new chair.

Dr. Andrew Marcum, academic director of the CUNY SPS disability studies programs, delivered the keynote address at the CUNY Accessibility Conference this May.
