Plant-Based Eating and Its Benefits - Pathways to Wellness Series
What is a plant-based diet? Why would someone willingly give up meat? Can you be healthy without eating any animal-based foods? This session will introduce the idea of a whole foods, plant-based diet made up of the 4 Power Plate food groups and what it can do for longevity, quality of life, and prevention and even reversal of chronic disease.
