Senior Program Director
As Senior Program Director, Rebecca Brown Cesarani provides oversight and strategic guidance to learning and development program partnerships with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), NYC Department of Homeless Services (DHS), and the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services’ (DCAS) Division of Energy Management (DEM). Our teams design and deliver customized learning solutions to thousands of government professionals in New York City and across New York State. As a senior leader within our Office of Innovative Learning Solutions (ILS), she also engages in strategic planning, and new partnership building and implementation efforts.
Before her current role, Brown Cesarani directly managed the School's learning and development partnership with OCFS, which included overseeing 28 staff located at 4 different sites across the state. She also developed and launched our School's adult financial literacy learning and coaching program partnership with DHS and Change Machine, which has been training DHS agency and shelter staff on effective financial coaching techniques since 2018. She also developed and managed a Workplace Learning Insights seminar series for New York City and State agencies on innovative workplace learning strategies, as well as conferences on human services policy.
