Jay Landauer

Jay Landauer has spent over twenty years investing in majority positions of companies ranging from $20 million to $300 million with a focus on driving earnings growth through operational improvements and talent recruitment and training. He is a Managing Partner at Union Capital Associates, LP, a lower-middle market private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT, which has made investments in over 50 businesses in various industries including food manufacturing, specialty manufacturing, business process outsourcing, group purchasing organizations, and marketing services.

In addition to serving on the board for numerous privately held companies, he also served for many years as President of the MIT Sloan Club of New York.

Jay received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and received his BBA from CUNY’s Baruch College where he received the school’s top award in finance.
