Beth Ouellette, CEO of The Ouellette Group and the visionary behind MAGI-DA, works with teams across the globe implementing value-added portfolio, program, and project management initiatives. Experienced in partnering with global senior executives, Beth has hands-on experience in the following industries: U.S. government, finance, banking, insurance, retail, utility, telecom, manufacturing, small business, academia, and the entertainment/luxury industry. Her works have been published in Brazil, Canada, India, and the U.S. As an active PMI global volunteer since 2006, Beth continues to contribute to the PM community globally. In recognition of her work, Beth has received the prestigious PMI Fellow in October 2018, the “Component Leadership” of the Year Award in 2010 for work with the PMINYC Chapter, and the “Distinguished Contributor Award of the Year” in 2009 for the Content Integration Analyst work on the PMI Standards Teams. Beth holds a Finance MBA from NYU’s Stern School, a BA in Education from Eastern Michigan University, and an AA in Computer Programming from Greenville Technical College. She is an adjunct professor at the CUNY Graduate Program and the CUNY School of Professional Studies, where she led the creation of the multi-course Project Management Certificate Program, which was approved by the NY State DoE in 2008. This program has been available to CUNY SPS and Graduate Center ever since. Beth has also served on the DAMA NYC Board of Directors in varying capacities since 1999.
