Bystander Intervention To Stop Islamophobic And Xenophobic Harassment

Participants will learn about Islamophobia and Xenophobia, and understand how prejudice leads to microaggressions and discrimination, and ultimately, can lead to hateful incidents and violence.

This interactive training will discuss the broad range of harassment that Muslims, those who are perceived to be Muslims, and those who may or may not be immigrants face.

Tools, strategies, and interventions will be shared as resources to be used to mitigate and address different types of hate-based incidents.
