The special program for workplace learning at CUNY SPS, the Office of Innocative Learning Solutions, published its year in review report for 2025.

CUNY SPS welcomed the fall 2026 semester with a record-breaking enrollment of nearly 5,200 students, representing an increase of 8% over 2025. As students returned to their coursework in the new academic year, the Office of Student Life organized several community-building events to greet both returning and new students.

This fall semester, CUNY SPS added four new faculty members to its roster. These new practitioner scholars bring a dedication to pedagogical excellence as well as the ability to connect course concepts to real-world applications for their respective programs.

To expand their cost-saving work for CUNY SPS students, several faculty members received grants to redesign their courses and replace proprietary textbooks with customized open educational resources.

As the fall 2026 semester at CUNY SPS begins, Dean Braverman welcomes the community back and offers some thoughts on the promising year ahead.
