The Office of Innovative Learning Solutions (ILS), a unique workplace learning unit at the CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS), looks back on a year of even further expansion and collaboration in its recent publication of the ILS Year in Review for the 2025 fiscal year.
“This report is more than a summary of our work; it reflects the mission that drives it: enhancing organizational effectiveness and advancing careers through transformative learning experiences,” said Amy Perez, executive director of ILS. “These pages offer a closer look at this work, and the value and impact it delivers.”
As part of CUNY SPS’ larger mission to support adult learners, ILS designs and offers custom workplace learning solutions to help organizations achieve their goals. The non-degree unit works with city government agencies and nonprofits, among other organizations, to provide learning and development services such as: needs assessment, online and in-classroom curriculum development and delivery, program evaluation, and learning management systems administration and operations.
Now available on the CUNY SPS website and the digital publication platform, the ILS Year in Review explores the unit’s recent successes and notable program highlights. The report also includes an in-depth look at microcredentials being developed by ILS and how they can help adapt learning to the workplace.
