Kamau Franklin and Sala Cyril will discuss the framing of Black self-determination as a basis for youth development and organizing. They will discuss the legacy of initiatives that informed and inspired their current work.

This is the final session in a three-part series of lectures focused on Community & Youth Organizing. Additional session topics include NYC Police Reform Organizing on January 7 and Reflections on The East, on January 14.
