Joint Service Transcripts
The CUNY SPS application process requires you to submit your Joint Service Transcript (JST). To do this, go to the official JST website and click on the link titled How to request an official transcript. JST should be sent electronically to the Office of Admissions.
Community College of the Air Force Transcripts
Applicants who attended the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) may request hard-copy through the CCAF website. Send transcripts to: 119 West 31st Street, Suite 217 New York, NY 10001.
