What were some of the most defining aspects of your time at CUNY SPS? 

At CUNY SPS, amidst the pandemic's challenges, earning my degree virtually not only prepared me for the new normal but also honed my skills in balancing studies with a full-time job. Many of my fellow students shared this experience, making it truly eye-opening.

What is the best piece of advice, or most important thing you learned at CUNY SPS? 

Embrace failure as a crucial stepping stone for personal growth. It's a mindset that has served me well beyond the classroom.

Who influenced you the most? Please feel free to include anyone from the CUNY SPS community including faculty, staff, or fellow classmates.

While countless individuals at CUNY SPS have influenced me, none compare to the profound impact of my parents. Their journey from Brazil, with little to their name, instilled in me the resilience and determination to succeed. They're my ultimate inspiration.

How has your CUNY SPS influenced your current job, and your career overall? 

CUNY SPS transformed my leadership style, equipping me with the skills to navigate challenges and truly understand the essence of effective management. It's been instrumental in shaping my career trajectory.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job? 

Despite my role in Marketing, the most rewarding part of my job is directly impacting the Westchester County community through food distribution. It's incredibly fulfilling to contribute to the well-being of our neighbors in need.

Where do you see yourself in five years? 

Simply put: happy.
