Leadership is often tested in the heat of disagreement. This session equips students with practical frameworks for managing conflict respectfully, navigating tension with clarity, and staying grounded in shared goals. Participants will build confidence in reading group dynamics and holding peers accountable in ways that support trust, care, and mission alignment.
Outcomes:
• Recognize personal triggers and conflict styles
• Master the art of “reading the room”
• Build confidence to hold peers accountable with care
Perfect for emerging and current leaders, this workshop provides the tools needed to approach conflict not as a setback, but as an opportunity to lead with intention and empathy.
Each workshop is offered twice on the same day—once in the afternoon and once in the evening—so you can choose the session that best fits your schedule. All SPS students are encouraged to attend.
