Join us for a special and impactful virtual Antisemitism Training Workshop, presented by the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York (JCRC-NY), this powerful workshop will provide Jewish and non-Jewish participants alike with new insights, fresh perspectives, and a better grasp of what’s occurring with regard to the Jewish experience in current times. Topics explored will include the reality of Jews in New York City today, unpacking antisemitism from different sources, taking action, and final reflections on the internal reality of what it means to be Jewish in today’s climate. The session’s featured speaker will be Dr. Sara Fredman Aeder, director of Israel and Jewish Affairs at JCRC-NY and former NYU employee.
The JCRC-NY, a proud UJA-Federation of NY agency, builds relationships to advance the values, interests, and security of the Jewish community and to create a more interconnected New York for all. We strongly encourage all CUNY SPS students, faculty, and staff to attend this important and timely workshop. Please make every effort to join us! We look forward to seeing you there.
