Students should make efforts to make any requests in a timely fashion. While we strive to support all students - late requests for accommodations may result in delays or, in some cases, an inability to implement an accommodation in time for your needs. Student disability accommodation requests are also handled on a case-by-case basis, at times, in consultation with other members of the school to establish what is feasible.
Any student who is denied a disability accommodation request has the right to appeal to their campus ADA Compliance Officer.

Voter Registration
Under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, the Office of Student Disability Services is an agency-based voter registration site where New York State voter registration application forms and information are available, and where students will be offered the opportunity to register to vote. If you would like more information on voter registration application forms or voter registration assistance of any kind, please contact us by phone (646) 664-8621 or email disabilityservices@sps.cuny.edu. Voter registration information and application forms are also available at the website for the State Board of Elections of the State of New York.
