Self Care for Youth Workers

Feeling drained? Overwhelmed? Burnt out?
Youth workers deal with a wide variety of complex emotional issues during a work day and it's easy to get caught in a cycle of putting your own needs at the bottom of the list. Join us for an evening focused on self-care tools that can be used to recharge the mind, body, and soul. Led by practitioners Jozen Tamori Gibson and Ayanna Peeples, the event will include yoga, guided meditation, journaling, and networking. Please plan to wear clothing that you can move in (layers are recommended), and bring your own mats and yoga instruments.
