Steven is the director of inclusion & diversity (I&D) at PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for raising PGIM’s profile as an inclusive workplace and collaborating with senior leaders to foster an environment that attracts and retains a diverse pool of talent. PGIM’s office of inclusion and diversity oversees strategic inclusion initiatives, collaborates with PGIM’s CEOs and human resource leads on recruiting and retention efforts, works with internal and external advocacy and affinity organizations, and partners with investment industry leaders to accelerate an inclusive culture and diverse talent pool across the asset management industry. Prior to joining PGIM in 2011, Steven worked at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch in the Global Human Resources department.
Steven holds an MS in organizational behavior & data analytics from New York University and a BA in communication and media from the City University of New York’s School of Professional Studies.
