Jennifer Lee joined the CUNY School of Professional Studies as the associate dean of admissions and enrollment management in March 2014. In her role, she is responsible for providing leadership to and oversight of the Office of Academic Advisement and Office of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions.

Prior to joining CUNY SPS, Jennifer served on the planning team responsible for the development of CUNY’s first new community college in nearly forty years. Following the planning phase, she held the role of the new college’s founding admissions director in which she largely focused on the design and execution of a multifaceted admission process that helped prospective students to make informed decisions throughout the application process, as well as the development of strategic recruitment initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer’s work focused on the design and implementation of pre-college programs at both public and private institutions, as well as a three-year diversion from higher education to secondary school administration when she served as the Assistant to the Superintendent of two countywide school districts in northern New Jersey. Like many others in the field of higher education, she started her path as a federal work study student and developed a passion for supporting student success.
