Experience is not enough. In today’s competitive job market, advanced degrees are increasingly important. Whether looking to advance in your current position or planning to enter a new field, the Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership prepares you for advancement and broadened professional opportunities, ensuring career mobility and the chance to achieve professional satisfaction. Its fully online delivery makes the program available to those outside the reach of traditional instruction, and allows working adults the opportunity to immediately put classroom theory into practice.
The Online Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership provides a broad business education that focuses on the fundamentals of business management as well as critical skills in leadership. It consists of seven courses in core business areas such as management and economics, two electives in emerging areas such as global entrepreneurship or managing diversity in the global environment, and one capstone course which utilizes all of the knowledge gained. This perspective gives the program an immediate relevancy to today’s business challenges and prepares graduates for meeting a changing climate.
Students with an academic background in a field other than business may need to take up to four (4) pre-requisite courses in order to be ready for graduate level work. Some of the core courses are without pre-requisites, and can be taken as early as the first semester.
