Academic enrollment records for SPS courses are maintained by the CUNY Graduate School and University Center. At the conclusion of each course, each student is mailed a student grade transcript from the Registrar at the CUNY Graduate School and University Center. To request an official transcript, the student may download the transcript request form.

For registrants through the CUNY ePermit system, used by currently enrolled CUNY students, the grade for the SPS course is reported directly back to the home college, which is responsible for issuing a transcript.
